Assess Phase 1 and Phase 2 readiness

Assess a business or software product against source-linked requirements currently published by Revenue. Existing cross-border VAT conditions are identified separately from future eInvoicing specifications.

Coverage boundary: Phase 2 reporting fields, interfaces, transport and any Irish CIUS remain pending. VIES filing, transport evidence and VAT-number validity cannot be proved by an invoice document alone.
